Drummer, percussionist, vibraphonist and pandeiro-specialist Daniela Cervetto was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and lived in Brazil for more than 7 years. She received a diploma in Music Education from the Buenos Aires Conservatory in 2003 and her Bachelor’s Of Arts degree in Music/Percussion from the University of Campinas in São Paulo, Brasil in 2010.

While in Brazil, Daniela studied Pandeiro extensively— taking lessons with leading percussionists Rafael Toledo, Bruno Bertolino, Celso Silva and Marcus Thadeu.

She has a Saxophone/Percussion Duet with her sister Carolina Cervetto, which has performed in Brazil, France, Argentina and other countries, and she composed a piece for solo marimba called “Pal Chaco”.

Daniela continues to tour and record as a soloist and independent artist in concerts, masterclasses, festivals and studios throughout Latin America.
