Music educator and instrumentalist from the state of Para, Brazil, Franci began her musical practice at the age of thirteen in the Banda Racional Universo em Desencanto (BRUD). She studied percussion at the Music School of the Federal University of Pará (EMUFPA), becoming a percussion technician and a symphonic band instrumentalist.
She graduated in music from the State University of Pará (UEPA), where she began her research into percussion in regional manifestations in the north of Brazil, a study that forms the basis of her workshops on northern rhythms.
She has been working professionally in the music scene for over eleven years, as an arranger, teacher and instrumentalist, sharing the stage with various artists, such as Fafá de Belém, Dona Onete, Carlinhos Brown, Antônio Nóbrega, among others. She is currently a percussionist in the Silibrina Band, as well as being the master of the Carnaval drumblock Bloco Pagu.
