Rachel Miriam Lasham is a British drummer and percussionist who began her musical practise at the age of nine and was first professionally recorded at the age of eleven. She studied privately in West Africa and Cuba and received an honours degree in Popular Music and Recording at Salford University.

Rachel is a global entertainer having been flown to America, Dubai, the Caribbean, and covering the majority of Europe frequently for private events. She is notably in demand with celebrities and businesses such as Porsche.

Rachel has completed several UK theatre tours and regularly hits the festival scene with her original acts. She has shared the stage with the likes of Jools Holland, Judge Jools, played notable venues such as London 02 arena, Etihad Stadium, Pompidou centre in Paris and the Bridgewater Hall. As part of her original projects Rachel has had frequent radio plays from the likes of Giles Peterson and Craig Charles with her funk and reggae acts.
